I, David Allen, believe in the following standards:

· Telling you the truth
· Giving you my best effort at all times
· Communicating with you promptly and regularly
· Giving you the necessary information to make intelligent decisions
· Answering all of your questions and addressing any concern
· Doing everything I can to make your event all it can be
· Listening to your desires and implementing them at your event
· Sharing creative ideas with you to make your event fun and unique
· Having a great attitude in every contact you have with me
· Playing the music you’d like to hear

I, David Allen, will not participate in the following behavior:

· Lying to you or anyone else
· Being unprepared in any way
· Complaining or making excuses
· Drinking Alcohol or smoking
· Using foul language or telling “off-color” jokes
· Surprising you with hidden costs
· Overbooking and selling your event to a subcontractor
· Partaking uninvited at your buffet or sit-down dinner
· Having a poor attitude or treating your event as “just another gig”
· Playing music that you don’t want or music with profanity
